Today I am officially kicking off this year's Think Thinner Thursdays!  Every Thursday I will be hosting a link-up where you can link to your weight/health related posts.  Almost anything goes - menus, weight-loss, fitness plans, diets, body-image posts - whatever you have to say about your relationship with health and weight.  On a journey like this, we can use all the support we can get - am I right?
